The southwestern corner of 2651 as it appeared in September 2005. The letterboard has been removed to repair and preserve the wood. The letterboard covers almost half of the car in one full piece. The paint on the steel has also been removed. Some of the exposed steel has already been primed to protect against rust. The new clearstory is also in place, the glass will be installed at a later date.

The northwest corner of 2651 also in September of 2005 in almost identical progress as the southwest corner. This is how we will progress with the restoration of 2651 moving from west to east and going from the top to the bottom.
